第一次合作

美國客戶Kevin, 是去年經一位老同事留下來的客戶Boris介紹而來。
Hi there,

My friend Boris Kostov from Boko *** recommended I contact Shiji LED.

I am looking for 100 LED strips, cut to custom lengths with waterproof connectors at each end.

Please send me the order form and I will fill it out right away.

As you said you want waterproof connectors, if so, I think IP68 is needed, right?

Thanks for your order update.

However, attached lengths are not available for 60leds/m strip.

For example, if 22cm, the LED QTY=60*0.22=13.2LEDs

The number of LEDs is not an integer, so this length cannot be cut according to requirements.

We can convert the length of all the yellow parts into integers by rounding up, but it will not meet your length requirements at all.

That means if 13.2LEDs, we'll do 13LEDs, please refer to the green parts in the attached sheet,whether to change the length to fit or rounding option?

老客戶介紹的客戶的優(yōu)勢

我相信，所有外貿人都喜歡這種成交速度快、不砍價、又付款爽快的老客戶介紹的客戶。

我個人認為，老客戶介紹的客戶，具備以下三大優(yōu)勢。

1、成交率比較高?？蛻舻哪繕诵院軓?，基本上手中都是有實際需求的，不然他也不會主動上門。

2、會讓雙方產生本能的信任感。因為熟人介紹，會對對方本能地產生好感和信任，雙方無須過多的磨合，也無須經歷信任度的考驗。
3、返單率很高。如果第一單沒出現什么問題，客戶復購的概率很高。相較于那些通過其它渠道獲取的新客戶，這類客戶的忠誠度會高得多得多。

客戶返單了

這不，Kevin今年就又返單了！

其實今年4月份的時候，我給Kevin推薦過一款新產品，但是他并沒有回復。

就在上個月，突然收到Kevin的新訂單。

相較于第一次，這次訂單更加順暢，從下單到付款一氣呵成。

惟一不同的是，Kevin多付了錢，而且需要在下一張訂單中返還。

之后，我回復他：

就在前幾天，Kevin郵件說，又有一張小單要下。

告訴我具體數量之后，我發(fā)了PI給他，并把承諾退還的50美金減掉了。

并順便告訴他，第一單的實際重量29KG，不是18KG，可能加上多付的那50美金，運費還不夠。

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for your new order.

Please check PI in the attachment.

The overpaid 50USD was reduced in this new order.

lf it is paid, please let me know in advance, and maybe it can be shipped early next week.

盡管我告訴客戶運費不夠，但我還是信守了承諾，把之前多付的50美金在新訂單的PI中減掉了。

而Kevin在付款的時候，卻把那50美金又主動加上了，等于幫我彌補了上次訂單欠收的運費。

雖然這只是小小的50美金，但是相較于那些為了幾美金就斤斤計較的客戶來說，Kevin絕對稱得上天使本使了。

總結
遇到天使客戶的秘訣

類似這種事情，我其實遇到過不止一次。

我始終認為，真正nice的生意人，是不屑于占這小小的“便宜”的。

誠信、正直是商人的基本準則，也是生而為人的基本道德底線。

做生意好比做人，人做好了，業(yè)績自然不會差。

因此，堂堂正正做人，本本分分做事，這是遇到“天使客戶”的前提必要條件。

想要遇到“天使”，不妨先把自己變成“天使”。
